James 4:8a Draw nigh to God, and He will draw nigh to you. James 5:13-16 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, annointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he has committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray for one another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent of a righteous man availeth much.

Brothers and Sisters,
As some of you know that have been around here a while, we have lost numerous message boards because the companies providing them pulled them. I just this morning received a notice from the providers of this board that they have changed their terms of agreement. They said they have the right to delete any offensive messages, (wouldn't have to, I visit this board daily and don't usually have such messages on a prayer list anyway)The thing that really hits home with us here, is that if this board is inactive for 30 days (no messages posted) they will pull the board. I could see the possiblity of this happening, since prayer requests have been very slack since we have started this board. Please help me to maintain our active status by posting prayer requests. We have members, and myself that will be faithful to post prayers, so please don't be shy. We are a praying church, and I for one, would not like to see our prayer list fall by the wayside. We could start by praying for this board, this church, this country, and the entire Body of Christ worldwide.
In the love of Jesus Christ,
Rev. Hoyt Noel Jr.
O Lord God, the one God, make Thy people one. Whatever be our differences, even in matters essential, may we ever realize that we are all one in Christ Jesus. Let not Satan break the blessed bond of union between believers, but may it be increasingly strengthened in our own experience, and in all Thy people everywhere; for the sake of Jesus Christ our Redeemer, Amen.
