Where is Wynn?

Hello. I am new to the area -- I just moved here in the late summer. I have a question. I thought that at least some of this area (where I live) is represented in Congress by Al Wynn, but for some reason I never hear from or about him. At the same time I was seeing signs and bumper stickers, and receiving calls and mail from other candidates, I never heard, received, or saw anything from Al Wynn. What's the deal? I am in the 4th, but don't seem to be represented by anyone here. On that same note, sometimes it seems like Wynn doesn't represent average people in PG. What is the deal? Anyone able to defend this? Alternatively, is there anyone working to change this? Thanks. George A registered Democrat
