Hi, I am looking for information on the history of the area and any local notables who lived in Brandywine near the church formerly known as Gibbons United Methodist Church. There is an old school house and cemetery located on Gibbons Road. Is the Gibbons' name from local families with descendants in the Brandywine area? Any information would be useful. Thanks.
