Urgent need for digs!

I am a consultant on a long term project at the government complex in Suitland. Looking for simple 1/2 bedroom cottage/bungalow somewhere within reasonable commute that dosen't require a 300lb guard dog as a roommate. Would prefer somewhere south either side of Hwy 4.
