Teresa, I have found this site on the internet through a google search to find land in Brandywine that is for sale. You have mentioned that you have 5 acres on Missouri Ave. My wife and I actually live with friends on Cross Road Trail. We are looking to get our own place and was wondering what the selling price for the land is and whether it is buildable or not. Matt
