Hello Brian,
It was so interesting reading the info on tri pod,I am the paternal granddaughter of the second Timothy Craven and Elsie May (Rodgers) he passed in 1956 when I was three years old.
He did own a few acres of Britannia St Geelong West and up until 15 years ago it was gradually sold off, the properties were very deep and was sold to the local council to expand their plant nursery depot.
