Lumix FZ-20 - Learn basic controls

Hi, I bought a Panasonic Lumix FZ-20 yesterday. Can anyone here help me out with all the basic things that the controls stand for?
I mean, I would like to know how to use things like auto-bracketing, expsoure settings, shutter-speed settings etc. so that I can use them to get better photos. For example, I'd like to know what shutter-speed or aperture should I use in low-light indoor/outdoor conditions and extremely-high-light outdoor conditions etc.
Can anyone here answer these questions or point me to a link which will explain these things to me?
