camera gets hot

I have a kodak Z700 that i just bought a few weeks ago.. and i've noticed that around the the battery/buttons(detele, menu, review) area it gets warmish-hot (depending on how long I
use it) also my memory card gets warmish..
I was wondering if this is normal? or something to be worried about?
I'm using Energizer 2200 and 2300 rechargeable batterys and right now I have
a SanDisk 128MB card but I just bought a 1GB that I should have in a few
days.
