Posted by ash I called kodak and they said to send it in. I have another quesion about a kodak DX6490 that doesn't work. When I turn it on the screen just stays a blackish blue with a little white area like if a picture is trying to show up but cant and it wont do anything.. the zoom won't push out and it won't take pics. I was wondering if that would be an easy fix? or if you knew of any pleace that might trade it in (without adding more money for a different one) it's not under warranty and i don't know how old it is or anything about it. i pretty much found it. all i know is that came from samsclub (it has a barcode sticker thingy) and i took it there but they don't even sell that model anymore so there was nothing they could do.
