This is yet another brand we've not heard of. Did you get it from Ebay? It sounds like one of many Chinese imports you find cheaply on there that have Vista issues.
As we state so many times with posts like this, you will need to contact the manufacturer via the contact methods they give you in whatever user's guide that came with the camera. Most likely they have a Vista update on their website.
