Which camera?
Most digital cameras have video capability. Some have time limits, others allow you to take video until the memory card inside fills up. Some have good frame rates (30 frames per second - near tv quality) and others are slower and choppier. They're not quite as good as a dedicated camcorder, but for most they're ok. Again it depends on the camera as to how good the quality is.
