I can't stand it anymore

I have a Konica Minolta A200 DiMAGE. I love the body of the camera, but I can't stand the lens. It's "slr style" and I want to be able to micro focus without my camera going bursurk. I want an slr lens. Could anyone suggest a different one for my camera? I really don't know much about digital cameras, so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks so much!
