Nikon L15 And the pc

Hi there i need some help.i just bought a Nikion L15 camera a tripod and a whole bunch of other stuff my question Is how can i take a picture using the pc (when it is hook up true usb cable) or as steve'digicams put it camera control/Camera remote what i need to be able to do is use the pc to take the pic.Do u no of any software that could do this for L15 cause i download tons of programs that didnt work.(plus I have windows vista 64bit) also after i download all those program i opened paint and hit file then hit From Scanner or camera then a little box comes up and it has in take picture but the thing is i would like to be able to see what i am doing before i take the picture.

Can u plz help me
