I found info for mine on www.aomeijia.com but they are located in china or japan and i would not try and call them. i tried to e-mail them twice but never got a response and if you try and get sweepstakes clearinghouse to offer up any operational info on the camera you will not get anything.....trial and error to get the camera working and if you have windows photo gallery, just hook up your usb cable to the camera and then to the computer and gallery will do the rest (all you have to do is import the pix from camera to pc). it will take some patience but eventually the pix are pretty good...Good Luck
