Thanks again MaryM, because I have really been disappointed behind this, a friend of mine had the manual for this same camera another clearinghouse purchase, and on the message board someone asked the name of the manufacturer, and I read the manual from front to back 2 to 3 times, it spoke about if you don't follow the directions on how to take care of the camera then the manufacturer will not be held responsible, there was no manufacturer's name.
SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
