I just got the Omni2 Camera/Camcorder, and it don't seem difficult at all. Actually, it seems like a modified Polaroid digital camera/camcorder, with 9 megapixels instead of 3. If they are modified foreign digital cameras, that'd explain the secrecy I guess. Not all foreign markets have the same patent laws. Anyway, depending on your camera's appearance, if you see something almost identical to the Omni2 camera design you got, then look for that camera's manual - some are downloadable on the net. That should help with some operation questions. I bought a german laptop DVD player that also played bootleg nintendo rom emulator games, it turned out to be a modified Japan Sony DVD laptop with extra features added. Not all generic items are rip-offs. Sometimes they really are better and longer lasting than the original things, but yeah, it is annoying to not have customer support.
