I just received my Omni2 Digital Video Camera from an Ebay auction today. While it too did not have a manual, I have figured out most all the features out in about an hour. I too had received the mail offer for this camera @ about $100. Instead of doing that, I was able to find one on Ebay for just $20 + shipping. Its in perfect shape and seems to take relatively decent pics so far.
I shall continue to look for a manual and if I find one, I shall post a link to it.
In the meantime, if you have any questions, I might be able to help.
