omni2 12mp digital camera

I received a consolation prize regarding an omni2 12mp digital powerhouse digital camera/camcorder. It did not have a specific brand attached therefore I thought Omni was the name of it. Says it has 8x digital zoom, 3" LCD screen, 32 mb internal memory, etc. Does anyone have any info on this?
