I have sat and read some of the message board postings and come to realize a vast majority of us have some of the very same concerns and complaints. But a complaint not acted upon or not presented in a positive manner is just a grip, and no one likes a nag. I say a way to perhaps force the board and the property manager to start to see that we as the residents have concerns, and can in the face of getting these concerns resolved are willing to bind together to accomplish these changes may be to create a sort of residents forum. Where for those of us with limited time can contact a person or peoples, we can all tell our concerns to and back (back being the important step!) and let the manager and board know there are residents behid the concerns this person or persons are bringing, and we as residents will if not listened to be willing to perhaps give this person proxy to vote in our absense and we will vote out board members who will not back our concerns and needs. I do not like to use the word union but lets face it. A union of sorts putting the power of the majority behind common causes gets more done then one person at a time voicing singular concerns which seem to be ignored time and time again.
