Since we moved in 2 years ago, and due to the October fire, it seems as though the railing around our porches are dirty & black. I have tried to scrub with hot soapy water and a brush, but the dirt does not come off. Are there any plans in the future to have the light pink trim repainted. I know the stucco has been powerwashed in the past. We would be willing to repaint if the HO would advise us of the brand and color that must be used. We are located off Fairgrove Lane.
