To all Homeowners always know your neighbor 2 weeks ago I caught my neighbor vandalising my car.
It turns out this guy has been doing this for some time 3 years to be exact. I observed him doing this he was issued a citation and will have to appear before the City attorney. My advise always check on your surroundings at night you just might catch someone in the act. This happened on Fairgrove lane.
