Dear Bill, paiting it won't solve the problem my porch rail was replaced 3 months ago and already it looks like ten years old, Why due to the water hitting it. That sounds wonderful but until the association really looks at our foundation problems im afraid the only difference youll see is a rail that has faded paint on it.
