Dear Davis, please contact the city of San Diego in regards to get more lights on fairgrove lane. Four years ago I was the one who got the Stop signs put up on the intersection of Salmon/Fairgrove. Im sure if requested you could get more lights put up. As far as your friend witnessing these group of guys trying peoples door handles did he or she call the police if not i cant feel to sorry if crimes are not reported.
