
Posted by Phil My understanding is that the water for the buildings, like the water throughout the county, has the approval of the city/county of San Diego. Certainly, testing and certification that the water is safe to drink is done per regulations and laws governing such things. Perhaps you have information to the contrary. While Joe Fillmore of H2O Concepts of California might be a great guy, he is in business to sell water systems. One would think the approving authority for such a water system lies with the Association's Board of Directors and not the residents of a building. I hope the Board does not spend the Association's funds buying a water system to make water taste good or feel better in the shower. If the system is required to provide water which is safe for use or the achieve an overall cost savings, then I'm all for it.
