I suggest you read this: http://www.krages.com/phoright.htm Unless she is photographing you inside your residence, she is within her right to photograph people that are in "public" places. "Public" could be a grey area since it is on condo grounds, but I believe that the "common" areas are considered public. She may be annoying, but she is probably within her rights.
