We have lived in the complex for 2 1/2 plus years. We have called security a couple of times due to a broken water line in the grass where the water shot up for hours, and water outside running all night long and flooded the area. I have never received a response back within 4-5 hours. However we have not had to place a call this year (2004) so I can't say how our security is now. To tell you the truth, I never see them and don't even know who watches the area now.
