Hello Judy, Thank you for responding to my post. I am sorry to hear about your experience with property patrol/security. I am faced with a neighbor who throws parties at 2 & 3 AM and everything else that goes with such an individual who thinks such behavior is appropriate or at least acceptable in a condo complex. Last year and earlier this year I did page property patrol and received no call back at all. I suppose that in light of this, I should congratulate you on your 4-5 hour response turn around time. Now, with a long history of my neighbor behaving as he does and my filing violation complaints with the association, I am informed by the association that property patrol must confirm what I say. Otherwise they apparently are construing this as a he said/he said situation. Given the historical lack of response from said property patrol, this places me in a bind. Now what? This last time around, the party is in full swing sometime AFTER 3 AM! This includes the party moving to the patio. Amazing that anyone under any set of conditions could possibly understand this as acceptable. Expecting no response from paging property patrol, I do not try and simply filed a violation complaint. The association response, as I noted above, was that I need property patrol confirmation. Well, maybe their response to pages has changed. I certainly hope so. I will try to page them next time around &, of course, given my neighbor's history, we can certainly expect the opportunity to try paging again. Again, thank you for responding to my post. I was concerned that my experience was an isolated one regarding response to paging. I am certainly open to any and all suggestions. For others who might be reading this, what has your experience been with attempting to page property patrol? I have lived here for over 17 years and can now not enjoy my own home. It is heart breaking. Tom
