chris, have you gotten the tools/answers you need to get the inappropriate behavior stopped? regardless if shane or i have opinions about her rights or her strangeness, the issue is about solving/working toward resolution for you. please keep us informed. since management doesn't actively communicate much on this site, we need you to follow-up with what is being done--or isn't, and how situations are resolved. thank you for sharing. it seems to me, when a concern is shared, it becomes a concern of us all.
