absolutely check with the Manager on the installation of a "satelite dish"...there are strict guidelines regarding this issue. Better to adhere to the condo rules now rather to have to go thru the time and expense of making the necessary changes later. Trust me, I learned the hard way...but it is fair and just. neighbor
