I was very shocked again that Tim is gone, again,
as a resident Tim was a good manager and things got done, on time. I hope the board is going to
find a replacement because we deserve the same quality as Tim provided us. Ed burke can not
do the same job as Tim did, nor he has the paintence. Also I expect the board to keep the
property patrol as well, it seem s we get someone good and they mysterious disappear.
