no kidding--this is not your average rental condo.
this is a home. i have put $30K+ and a whole lot of love and time-- top quality carpet, flooring, paint, designer GE Profile appliances [custom-depth fridge, smooth surface cooktop, built-in s.c. oven], Kohler sinks/fixtures, granite, custom black/ pedestal bath, recessed lighting thruout, plant. shutters, security, AC, custom-built, drop-down, easy-access, leveled attic [almost another house up there!] never smoking...it goes on.
it will be available later this year [oct-nov].
