This message board is provided as a service to the owners and residents of Penasquitos Casablanca Owner's Association. The purpose of this forum is to provide a place for the community at large to share information related to any matter concerning the Association. - This forum does not constitute official communication with the Property Manager or the Board of Directors. Please use phone, mail, or attend a board meeting to accomplish this. - This forum is moderated to maintain a positive environment for community interaction to grow. Any post deemed inappropriate will be edited or removed. - Reviewing the Rules and Regulations, Declaration or Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's), and previous messages is a good idea before posting.
