SOMEONE TRIED TO CUT HIS HEAD OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have got to find help for him, he needs that wound cleaned and put on antibiotics, I will donate 100 dollars towards vet costs, can someone go there and take him to a vet?
