I HAVE A FOSTER OFFER

Have someone that can pull and vet him I believe, may need some help with the pull.. BUT.. He would have to fly or do paid transport east. THINK FOLKS and help me here. OFFER A RIDE.. ANYTHING!!! I hope he is still alive. I have a funeral tomorrow and will be gone most of the day. Everything is on hold for me.
