..a KY breeder has dumped puppies at a shelter, because the couldn't "sell a pup".....
I rescued a few puppies, from a shelter in Cynthiana, KY...they would give me the name of the breeder tho......that did this "on a regular basis".....
I just saved the puppies..they were desperate.and saving LIVES is what mattered to me. Not registration.
POOR babies !
