She is going to grieve hard for you and your family. I have had Catahoulas for 35 years. They mourn like no other dog. They really are loyal. Really 4 year old dogs of this quality are just wonderful friends that are fairly settled down and they require short bursts of attention to make them happy. Isn't there some way you could work to keep her. Could I offer you some tips and suggestions that might help. If you want to tell us where she is and you are absolutely sure you won't be keeping her we do need time to try to help find her a new family. I will need to help that family settle her in. It will take a long time and some help to get her over losing you folks. Let us know where she is located and if we can courtesy post her we will.
