Young Male Catahoula Dumped on the Levy

Dear Friends, When going to the Levy yesterday with my three rowdy girls (A rescue viszla, a rescue cur/pit mix and a rescue lab) a young male Catahoula came up to us. He was vey friendly. I spoke with people that live on that road and was told the dog was dumped there three days ago and that he chases very car that goes by looking for his owner. I have bought food for one of those people to feed him, and am making flyers, but the local Humane Society is not taking in any new dogs. Is there any help out there??
