That IS NOT a shock collar.. it simply vibrates.....I was taught to use it by my trainer for my own dog and even then to NEVER use it if the dog acted aggressive in any way. Wow talk about rushing to judgement..... it also beeps.. I taught her basic commands... then took it off.
