Pepper is a female catahoula mix (ID# 15660880) at the Humane Society of Henderson Cty in Kentucky. She is just over 4 yrs old and has been at the shelter since 3/20/12. This shelter is overflowing and they are in imminent danger of having to euthanize a large number of dogs!
