US Rider has done fine for me before, but this time I found out about their, "one service order at a time", policy.
So they wouldn't tell the dispatcher a boost AND Maybe a tow if the boost didn't work.
I'm working up the chain of command having quite the conversation, including in writing, about this with them. They're the ones who had to pay the dispatcher twice, not me.
