They sell that special small engine gas wherever you can get a chain saw serviced.

I had to cut up some logs and borrowed my dad's chain saw. Boyfriend suggested paying extra for the kind of gas that pixies chick is talking about. It can stay in the mower or chainsaw for longer periods of time, which is good, because I don't need a chainsaw that often.
As far as I know, this is a good solution for your problem, albeit a little pricier than plain gas, but in the long run, peace of mind does cost a little bit sometimes.
Way better than changing the spark plugs.
Also, check that the engine stop is not activated. You'll never get it started if that is on.
