They are doing their best I am sure, but it really does help when you can understand what the other person is saying.
Think it was TalkTalk that I asked to be put through to a UK call centre once when I simply could not understand the person on the other end of the line.
Having said that I did have a very pleasant conversation with someone in India after they had solved my issue - they did ask could they do anything else so I said yes, tell me where you are, what the office is like, weather is like etc and we must have talked for about 10 mins - all on the free TalkTalk support number.
They are not all bad...
