It did rain overnight but Saturday was dry and mild apart from a light shower about 10, couldn't have lasted more than 2 or 3 minutes. There was an accident which closed the M1/M25 junction about 8 and it lasted quite a while which was reported to have slowed a lot of people down. A fair number of stallholders were obviously delayed, there were still some traders setting up at 11. I went earlybird due to other commitments and at 8.30 there were still some gaps among the stalls but several of these filled up later. Royal Enfield stuff is usually a bit thin at Kempton but I had good finds this time so well pleased. Unusually several REs for sale, a post-War RE (Flea) a 20s flat tank 2-stroke and a couple of 30s 4-stroke tiddlers on John Harding's stall. And some A65s for Frank!
