There's been a few changes at Rivvy since I last visited. Those gluttons who want chips & gravy or more substantial meals now have to order from the bar; the counter at the opposite end of the hall now only caters for those who want crisps, cakes and/or chocolate bars with their tea or coffee. There were no trading stalls (or copies of the Motor Cycle Monthly) either.
There's a big transport event going on at Llandudno over the Holiday weekend, so perhaps that has something to do with the absence of stallholders.
It's odd. Rivvy has been a Sunday meeting place for bikers since 1952, yet, unlike the Ace Cafe and Squires, very little publicity is dedicated to these weekly get-togethers outside motorcycling circles - even on the place's own website:
