I do agree tho, a good airhead is impossible to beat. But why moan about reliability of classic BMWs. Compared to anything else they are a paragon of virtue. In 2014 I bought a K75S for £625. It had been off the road for two years but got an MoT and was mercilessly thrashed around Spain the following week. By thrashed I mean 2nd gear tearing around Picos mountain roads and whole day 90mph motorway work.
I can't think of ANY other classic, let alone newly ressurected one I'd countenance such horrors with.
