Some weeks ago I ordered a pair of tank knee rubbers from him which didn't arrive.
I contacted him and he seemed totally unconcerned, just saying that he'd posted them three weeks ago. I asked if they were sent to be signed for or tracked, but he said No, as they weren't valued at over £100.
I asked him how we could resolve the situation and I had no reply. So, when enough time had passed for me to raise the issue with Ebay, I did, and ten minutes later they gave me a full refund.
So, I've just ordered the clutch nut screwdriver, and got a message saying that the seller will not accept orders from me.
Because I'd raised the previous non-arrival with Ebay, I was unable to give any (negative) feedback on the seller. I wonder how many other times this situation has arisen, while his feedback remains almost totally positive...
