Use FB and join in with F&R plus many others on the RC site ( this used to be linked you may recall), join groups that are specifically focussed on your interests , such as the JAP and Pre 1931 AJS sites for me just now, or....donít. There are even pages dedicated to the sort of sepia tinted nostalgia that a few of you are so very fond of( remember the good old days of the sixties? Sort of stuff) , go fill your boots! Thereís really no need to posture in a slightly smug way about not coming out to play, though, youíre the ones missing out, not me. I hardly use this site now because of the difficulties in posting photographs compared to Fb and the ever dwindling number of active users. If Martin was setting up the RC forum today, right now, it would be on FB and instagram, not on a website. Thereís a reason for that. In fact, if Iím being honest, there are a few posters on here that, should they join FB and post on the pages I frequent, my personal enjoyment of those pages would likely diminuish.
When I worked we used to ask a question about which specs you wore when watching TV. Nobody in Barnes ever watched the telly, although every home had at least two. Funny that
Maybe see some of you over there. Of course, in order to join the RC page you actually need to spend money on a subscription, perhaps thatís the real issue here.
