Coming back to Geoff's original comment, we get a Spitfire over here on Hayling Island every other week. Its a Hooray Henry from Goodwood giving joyrides to people for £2750 a pop. He also operates out of Biggin Hill I believe to give our ears an occasional rest. Reason he comes just across the border into Hampshire is the West Sussex residents wont put up with it and would get the County Council to slap limits on Freddie March (Earl of March, owner of Goodwood estate) restricting the activity out of his airfield, like they have with the 'noisy' motor racing to two big events a year.
Hampshire people just have to suffer it!
Rant over, I'll just go and take a couple of tablets.
