Two things on modern vehicles that are desirable and useful.
1) Backup cameras on a car. I personally know two people who ran over their own 2-year-old children because the child had run out of the house without anyone seeing them, to follow Daddy to work, and hid behind the car. I think they're great and am installing one on my old 1990 Kia/Mazda 121.
2) TPMS sensors on a motorcycle. The consequences of a flat tire at speed on a heavily loaded bike don't bear thinking about. In 48 years and half-a-million miles, this is only the second flat tire I've had, but the TPMS paid for itself this time.
All the rest of it, automatic door closers and GPS and lane-holding cameras and IN-STAR and all the rest, I don't need.
