AERCO are, I think, the company that owns names such as Velocette and which makes spares and tools for British bikes.
The hright when lowewred is the dimension in my earlier posting. the parts book had no name on it, but is clearly from China.
The lowered height is not a problem is use as of course it has a ramp plate to allow you to easily get the bike onto the bench. I can put all of my bikes onto it with no problem, including putting them onto the centre stands.
The foot pedal for raising it is removable and so is not a trip hazard and the lowering pedal has a guard over it to stop accidentally lowering. A large bar is supplied which you fit through the table legs, and thus allows you to prevent the table from sinking when in use.
